Am I ready to come to a yoga or Pilates class?
Absolutely. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to start. Most people who join us are beginners or returning after a break, and every class is designed so you can work at your own pace. There is no pressure to “keep up” with anyone else. Focus on your own practice and listen to your body.I’m not flexible. Can I still do yoga or Pilates?
Yes. Flexibility is not a requirement — it’s one of the things you develop over time. You’ll find your body naturally becomes more mobile with regular practice. The goal is not to touch your toes but to move with awareness and work within your comfortable range.Are classes only for women?
No. All of our classes are open to everyone, regardless of gender identity, age, or background. We aim to create an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all.I am completely new. Which class should I start with?
If you’re new to yoga, try our Beginners Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, or Yin Yoga classes. If you’re new to Pilates, Mat-Based Pilates for Beginners is the perfect place to start. Check our Class Descriptions page for details on each class style.What styles of yoga do you offer?
We offer a variety of styles including Beginners (Hatha) Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga. Each has its own pace, focus, and benefits. Read our Class Descriptions for full details.Do you offer Pilates as well?
Yes, we offer Mat-Based Pilates focusing on strength, mobility, and core stability, suitable for beginners and beyond.What are the benefits of yoga and Pilates?
Both support strength, flexibility, balance, posture, joint mobility, and mental clarity. Regular practice can improve sleep, boost energy levels, aid digestion, and reduce stress. Many students also find relief from back pain, muscle tension, and anxiety.What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers work well so you can adjust to the temperature. Yoga and Pilates are practised barefoot, although non-slip socks are fine if preferred. For Yin or Restorative classes, bring extra warm layers.What should I bring?
We have mats and props available (blocks, straps, bolster, blanket, eye pillow), but you are welcome to bring your own mat. Bring a water bottle to stay hydratedWhat happens if I’m running late?
Please notify us before the start of class via WhatsApp call of message ASAP if you are running late. We will attempt to reach the teacher to let them know. The doors are closed before the start of class in order to prevent disruptionCan I eat before class?
It’s best not to eat a heavy meal within an hour before class. A light snack is fine if you’re hungry.What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full class fee.What time should I arrive?
The studio opens 10 minutes before class. Arriving early gives you time to settle in without rushing.Where do I put my belongings?
Please leave shoes and bags in the designated area outside the practice space. Keep your mobile phone on silent and away from your mat.Can I make up a missed class if I book a block or course?
If you book a block or course and miss a session, you may attend another class that week if there is space. This must be arranged in advance.Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Friends can book a drop-in space and join you in class.Do I need to fill in a health form?
Yes. All new students must complete our Student Registration & Health Form before their first class. If your health or personal details change, please update us.Do you have changing facilities?
We have toilets where you can change before or after class.What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Please let your teacher know before class so we can offer suitable modifications. Always check with your doctor if you are unsure whether you should participate.Is parking available?
Paid street parking available (Regent Street/Henry Street/Bank Street). Free after 6pm.North Street car park at the rear of the building

What if I’m pregnant?
Some of our classes may be suitable during pregnancy, but we recommend specialist prenatal yoga for safety and comfort. Please speak to us before booking.Do you hire your studio space?
Yes, our multi-functional room is available for hire at £60 per day. Suitable for workshops, small group classes, or therapy sessions. Contact us for details.Can under 18s attend?
Our classes are for adults 18+. Teenagers are welcome to attend when accompanied by an adultHow do I contact you?
