You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to start. Every class is designed so you can work at your own pace, listening to your body and focusing on your own practice without pressure.
If you’re completely new, try Introduction to Yoga, Beginners & Beyond Yoga or a Mat Pilates class. These are gentle on the body and help you build confidence.
